Organic MCT Oil is sourced from 100% organic coconut. The delicate oil provides a blend of medium-chain triglycerides which are a form of highly digestible fat. The oil has a neutral taste and pleasant texture, which is great for drizzling onto a salad, pouring into a smoothie or adding to a nourishing dip.

As a food supplement take 1-3 5ml teaspoons daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry pIace, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks.
