Organic Milk Thistle Tincture is made with seeds of the Silybum marianum plant, grown, produced and bottled on an organic farm in England. Milk thistle has been shown to support liver health. This high potency formula provides the equivalent of 1000mg of seeds per 1ml. 100% active ingredients with with no artificial fillers and no nasties.

As a food supplement, take 15 – 30 drops, 2-3 times daily in a little fruit juice or water. Children under 12, half adult amount.
